These instructions are excellent for all my fair to medium skin tone clients that like to get sprayed "dark". For starters, a professional technician would usually talk you out of this because when your tan fades, the contrast between your natural skin and the fake tan is so obvious that it looks terrible.
Here's the good news. You can have that great tan your looking for, as long as you follow these simple instructions.
First, you will need to take care of your skin by moisturizing at least twice a day. When you reach day 7/8 or when your tan is noticeably fading, you will need to manually remove your tan. If you don't, you will look two-toned. Trust me it's not cute.

*If you have access to a chlorinated pool that works well to. Stay in the pool a while then exfoliate with the mix you made.

- Apply baby oil all over your body and let it sit on your skin for an hour or two.
- Next, soak in a hot bath till your skin is nice and soft.
- Now, make a paste using baking powder and shampoo for color treated hair or dandruff shampoo.
- Take a washcloth or exfoliating glove and add paste of baking soda and shampoo mix.
- Finally, scrub your skin using the glove and mix.
- Scrub, scrub, scrub, until your tan is gone.
