Client MUST read all emails from us. Client is fully responsible for preparing skin for spray tan. If Client has any concerns after they get their spray tan they must contact us within 24 hours of initial appointment so that we can help remedy.
Client must agree to this policy in order to book Spray Tan appt,
* All services are by appointment only.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
* Prices subject to change without notice
* For individual sessions or tanning parties, all guests 16 years of age or younger must wear bottoms, have a signed consent form & a parent/legal guardian must be present during the tanning process
* All persons receiving a spray tan regardless of age must sign a Client Information/Consent Form
* Our services are for Females Only. However, some exceptions may apply and are at the sole discretion of the technician.
* Although Spray Tanning is Safe and Natural, I ask that If you are pregnant or nursing to please consult with your Doctor.
* NO SMOKING on Premises
* All of your personal information is kept safe, private & confidential
* We have a "NO GOSSIP" privacy clause, you never have to worry about anyone knowing about your "body flaws or anything else about you, it's no one's business but yours and we will always make you feel comfortable*
