Responsibilities (you’ll be fully trained)
- Learn about skin care and our proprietary spray tan solutions
- Be able to answer and educate clients on the ‘Spray Tanning Golden Rules’ all questions surrounding the spray tanning experience process (what to do prior to your appointment, what to expect during, how to prepare and maintain, understand and explain the benefits of our after care products, etc.)
- Learn & maintain expert level knowledge of spray tanning and upselling our top rates after care products
- Provide exceptional customer service to each and every customer and make them feel comfortable under all circumstances
- Contacting clients via text or phone regarding appointment status
- Check in / check out clients
- Handle $ accurately, dealing with cash and mobile payments to the Body & Sol account
- Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of studio
- Stock product and disposables
Requirements
- Available to work part time on scheduled days
- Normal hours are between 5pm-8pm weekdays w/occasional day shifts, weekends 11am-1pm. Times can be discussed and may be flexible.
- Some experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training and prefer you only use our methods and techniques. The faster you learn the quicker you will be able to get on the schedule ad stay making amazing $
- You will need to sign non-compete and non-disclosure documents
- Deliver the best client experience possible
Qualifications
You MUST …
- Be at least 17 years of age
- Be a people person, eager to learn, reliable and have excellent work ethic, mature, professional and drama free
- Live locally, near 10983
- Be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (ex: 4 hours)
- Have reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekend
- Have a mobile phone and be able to use a mobile app and texting
- Plan to keep this job a while, we make a big investment in you and our goal is that you stick around. My current techs have been with me for many years.
- Have prior engagements during these time frames
- Need to rely on child care (it's critical that you work during your scheduled time. people depend on us and if we fail them we lose customers)
- Plan to relocate, leave for college or will have a conflicting schedule in the near future
